Active account data is retained for the duration your account is open. After you close your account, we keep a minimum record set for the period mandated by Indian financial regulations, then delete it permanently.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data with third parties only where needed to process your payments via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, or where compelled by a valid legal order from an Indian authority.

Your Right to Correction

We collect your name, mobile number, email address and the payment identifiers linked to whichever method you use — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. We collect only what is needed to run your account and process transactions securely.

We do not sell your data to anyone. Data is shared only with the payment processors handling your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with authorities when required by a valid legal order under Indian law.

Log into your account, go to Settings, and open the Privacy Centre. From there you can download a full export of your account data. Alternatively, email our privacy team and we will send your data within 5 working days.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through the Privacy Centre in your account settings or by emailing our support team. We will delete your data after closing your account, retaining only the minimum record set required by Indian law.

Once your account is closed, we retain a minimal record set — transaction history and identity verification data — for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations, after which it is permanently deleted.

All payment data travels through encrypted connections. We store only transaction reference numbers — never your raw UPI ID, Paytm credentials or PhonePe PIN. Your full payment details are handled exclusively by the respective payment processor.
